YOUR VISIT, STEP BY STEP

A clear process.
Support at each stage.

    Before booking

    Your part

Tell us whether you are visiting or living in Shenzhen, your preferred dates, language needs, and the practical help you are looking for.

    Our support

We discuss your request, clarify the support available and explain the next step. No medical-record or ID upload is needed for this initial inquiry.

An initial understanding of your plans and the support you need.

  2. Review hospital and appointment options

    Before booking

    Your part

Let us know if you already have a hospital or appointment in mind. If you are still deciding, share your location and practical preferences.

    Our support

We help review practical options, appointment requirements and the steps for registration. The receiving hospital confirms appointment availability and its requirements for your visit.

A proposed visit arrangement, with availability and requirements to confirm.

  3. Confirm your support and fee

    Before booking

    Your part

Choose a half day, a full day, or discuss a custom arrangement. Review the scope, booked time, included support and booking terms before committing.

    Our support

We confirm the concierge fee and explain any separately quoted arrangements. Half-day accompaniment is US$150 for up to 4 hours; full-day accompaniment is US$300 for up to 8 hours. Hospital charges are separate.

An agreed scope, service fee and next steps before the service starts.

  4. Prepare for your visit

    Before your visit

    Your part

Check the hospital’s document requirements, prepare the materials it requests, and confirm your preferred meeting arrangements. Bring ID or records when the hospital requires them.

    Our support

We coordinate the meeting point and timing, help clarify check-in requirements and review the planned steps. Accommodation or transport can be discussed as part of a separate custom arrangement.

  5. Navigate the hospital together

A clearer understanding of the practical tasks that come next.

Travelling to Shenzhen?

Discuss your visit dates before finalizing travel plans. For a custom care trip, accommodation and local transport coordination can be included in the agreed scope, with costs itemized in advance.

A full-day extra

The US$300 full-day plan includes one separate TCM appointment and companion visit in addition to the 8-hour hospital day. We can help arrange cupping or acupuncture, subject to the provider’s assessment. Treatment and transport are extra; the companion duration is agreed before booking.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions worth
clearing up first.

Is the initial conversation really free?

Yes. There is no fee for the initial inquiry. We discuss your plans and explain the available support before you decide whether to book a service. An inquiry does not reserve a companion or confirm a hospital appointment.

Do I need to choose a hospital before contacting you?

No. You can get in touch with a confirmed appointment, a hospital in mind, or a need for help reviewing practical options. We discuss location, language and appointment requirements; the receiving hospital confirms clinical care and availability.

What am I paying for, and when are payment arrangements confirmed?

The concierge fee covers the agreed coordination and companion time. Hospital consultations, tests, medication and other third-party costs are separate. We clarify the scope, fee, payment arrangements and booking terms before you commit. Custom arrangements are quoted individually.

Can I contact you before I arrive in China?

Yes. We support planning before arrival as well as visits for people already in Shenzhen. Share your expected dates. Hospital appointments and companion availability need confirmation; accommodation and transport coordination are scoped separately.

What if my visit takes longer, or a report is not ready that day?

Half-day and full-day bookings cover up to 4 and 8 hours respectively, including waiting. If extra time or a later visit may be needed, we discuss the scope, availability and fee. Later-day report collection is not automatically included in the original booked hours.

Can I change, reschedule or cancel my arrangements?

Contact us as early as possible. Cancellation, rescheduling and any additional charges follow the terms agreed for your booking. We clarify those terms before you book and discuss changes before additional arrangements are made.

Do I need to send medical records or my passport with the first inquiry?

No. The initial inquiry only needs contact details and practical coordination needs. If the receiving hospital later requests documents, we agree on an appropriate way to provide them. The public inquiry form does not accept medical-record or ID uploads.
